About the Role:
As a Business Development Director at Pareto, you will operate in a 360-degree sales role, giving you full sales cycle responsibility-from lead generation (with support of an SDR) to closing deals and managing accounts. You'll work with a wide range of clients, from startups to enterprise businesses across all B2B sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, finance, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting and SDR-generated leads.
Sales Cycle Management: Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders, build rapport, understand client needs, present value-based solutions, and close deals.
Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding our proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
Collaborative Team Work: Work alongside our delivery team and other Pareto divisions to support clients and win deals, ensuring seamless service delivery.
