Account Manager (OEM) - UK & Ireland
Based within 1.5 hours of Rugeley (WS15 1UZ)

£45,000 + 10% Bonus | Company Car | 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Are you a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a background in OEM sales and business development? We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our team and play a key role in managing and expanding business across the UK and Ireland.
Your Responsibilities:
Business Development
* Understand market trends to identify new business opportunities
* Grow and nurture existing strategic accounts
* Implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets
Sales
* Manage and grow key OEM accounts across the UK & Ireland
* Provide tailored, solution-oriented sales across products and services
* Maintain detailed account planning and customer visit schedules
* Track performance and maintain responsibility for sales and margins
* Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis
Customer Relations
* Build long-term, strategic customer relationships
* Conduct regular customer visits and maintain CRM records
* Provide quotations and support with pricing offers
* Collaborate with major accounts to manage and review forecasts quarterly
Marketing & Exhibitions
* Work closely with Group Marketing to increase brand awareness
* Represent the company at relevant exhibitions and trade shows
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
* Participate in weekly and quarterly sales meetings
* Coordinate with local Purchasing and Ops teams to align customer demand
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in external sales/business development, ideally with OEM clients
* Strong IT skills, including ERP systems (Navision preferred) and MS Office
* A technical mindset and a passion for product-based solutions
* Advantageous: Experience within the tyre and wheel industry
