Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in Welwyn & Hatfield. This role offers flexible evening and weekend shifts, making it ideal for individuals looking for part-time work or those who prefer non-traditional hours. 1. Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes.
2. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
3. Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
4. Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
5. Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental conditions
6. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
7. Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
8. Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
10. Complete accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Benefits Include:
11. Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour, averaging £14.00 with benefits
12. Higher rates for evenings and weekends
13. Paid travel between clients (some restrictions apply)

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
+ Valid up to date UK driving licence + own car
+ Must reside locally within our franchise region
+ Must be prepared to cover evenings and alternate weekends
+ Must have Right to Work in the UK
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
