I am working with a boutique Financial Services business recruit an HR BP for their busy London office.
Due to regulatory work, you must have experience of working within Financial Services
You will be tasked with giving key advice and support to the Senior HR Business Partners. Working to a variety of deadlines whilst effectively prioritising on the most pressing tasks, you will be able to find new ways for the HR function to grow by identifying improvement points as needed.
In your day-to-day, your ability to gather relevant data and information on the HR piece will fuel your decision-making and ability to pre-empt challenges in the department. Liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring short-term projects within the business are all ticking along smoothly, as well as tackling any issues emergent within the overall HR team’s goals, will form a major core of your work within the department.
Some of your day-to-days will include:
* Advising on low level ER cases working with the HR Business Partner to escalate appropriately
* Creating regular reports for the HR team, as well as advising line managers on how to handle the issues identified in such
* Administering HR processes with the assistance of an HR Administrator
* Utilising your awareness of legislation and Lloyd’s byelaws to ensure the business is in compliance
* Managing the business’s HR system
