5 hours per week term time– actual days and times by mutual agreement but ideally at the weekend Additional hours may be available on an as and when basis
Hourly pay rate:
£12.40 per hour
I am looking for a kind and compassionate PA to engage with my 10 year old son in my home and in the localcommunity in activities he enjoys.
My son has severe ASD, is non-verbal and is PEG fed.
He enjoys using his electronic tablet, playing with sensory toys and going to the park and local playground
He has no danger awareness therefore needs to be supervised.
On occasion accompanying my family on days out acting as an extra pair of hands.
I require a driver with their own car, mileage will be paid.
This is a rewarding role with all professional training provided
Duties include:
Eating and drinking assistance
Other relevant duties as required
Transportation
Companionship
Dressing / undressing
Dressing and undressing/ helping with buttons and fastenings.
Accompanying my son on trips out in the local community engaging him in activities he enjoys and keeping him safe.
On occasion acting as an extra pair of hands when attending medical appointments or family
Candidate qualities:
