In this role, youll provide specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses and interventions to help people overcome the challenges they facewith completing everyday tasks or activities. Youll work with the wider Care Team and Clinical Team to create person-centred care plans, support people to achieve their goals and evaluate their outcomes. Youll be an active and valued member of the multidisciplinary team, and provide expert advice, guidance and knowledge within your field of expertise.
