Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on professional with a strong background in automotive engineering and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in the automotive industry, ideally within the high-performance or supercar sector.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team.
* Extensive hands-on engineering and manufacturing experience.
* Proficiency in computer diagnostics and a solid understanding of vehicle electrics.
* A practical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to challenges.
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and potential customers.
* Experience in sourcing and managing supply chains.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including risk assessments.
* Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software (ability to understand).
* Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (½ hour lunch break) | Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
* Benefits: Pension scheme available. Additional benefits are under review as the company moves into production.
