Keeping accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries to ensure stock availability. Preparing and maintaining all necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices, customs declarations, and shipping manifests. Addressing and resolving any logistical issues or delays that occur during the shipping process. Ensuring that all shipments comply with relevant regulations and company policies, including customs and export/import laws. Monitoring and managing logistics costs to ensure efficient use of resources and budget adherence. Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any delivery-related inquiries or issues. Continuously seeking ways to improve logistics processes and increase efficiency. Generating reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and any issues encountered. Requirements: Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
