This role is part of a multi-disciplinary team based with Forensic Outreach and Liaison Service. This is an integrated role working closely with the local authority and other stake holders such as probation, Ministry of Justice and the criminal justice system. The post holder will be responsible for creating an environment which is safe, supportive and an easily accessible with a no wrong door approach. You will provide time limited 1:1 support to clients giving information and/or support to allow them to access a wide range of agencies and services that can provide help and advice Supporting the service with developing an assertive outreach approach when engaging with clients in the community. Offer support to our clients when engaging in community activities and education. Providing increased support to our clients when transitioning back into the community.
