Customer Service Advisor

A leading global technology company with a track record of success. Due to growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their office in Golders Green.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Working either 2pm to 10pm or 10pm to 6am
* Provide day-to-day client support via Livechat, emails, and phone
* Case management, addressing feedback and complaints, and ensuring a high-quality service
* Adhere to operational processes and policies while maintaining client and internal documentation in compliance with GDPR
* Maintain regular communication with team members to share learning experiences and promote consistent service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer support advisor role within an office and team environment
* Proficient in the Microsoft suite and the knack to learn new things related to IT products quickly
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
* Strong team player with the ability to work independently
