People who enjoy getting things done We are looking for a dedicated Waste Water Network Team Leader to lead a two-person team, delivering essential maintenance and repair works across Scotland’s waste water network. The Role As a Waste Water Network Team Leader, you will take a hands-on leadership role in the delivery of both planned and reactive repairs, ensuring the smooth operation of waste water networks. You will work closely with your team and stakeholders to carry out essential maintenance, including minor civil works where required. Here are some of the activities you will be involved in… Lead a two-person team in carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance on the waste water network. Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Undertake minor civil works as required. Collaborate with Scottish Water, supervisors, and planners to deliver an effective service. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide on-site leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members. We would love to hear from you if… You are an experienced Team Leader who has previously worked on water or waste water contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and support a small team effectively. You should have a solid understanding of waste water network repairs, including maintenance and minor civil works. A proactive approach to health and safety is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. A full UK driving licence is required for this role, and relevant industry qualifications would be advantageous. Ready to take the lead?
