Are you a Project Manager looking for an exciting, new challenge within an established commercial contractor that works across fit out, retail and hospitality with numerous contracts?
We’re looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of retail build and refurbishment projects.
This role will be to work with one of their largest UK retail clients, depending on the contract this could mean travel around the UK and the occasional night away for jobs that are further afield.
The role offers:
1. Salary – Up to £50,000 + Company Car
2. A non-corporate environment, a great team ethic and a culture where even the general manager still picks up the phone to answer inquiries and visit sites.
3. The chance to be part of an established business (10 million turnover) with some exciting growth plans.
4. The role will be predominantly office based, but there will be some travel involved to sites all over the UK.
As the Retail Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operational delivery of the project from the initial site visit, quote, through to the onsite build and breakdown. You’ll be commercially aware, reviewing the feasibility of the project.
Minimum Requirements:
1. You must hold a valid driving licence.
