Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.30pm (60mins lunch) Hybrid available for 2 days per week, must be local to Northampton
We are currently recruiting for a Performance Marketing Manager for our fantastic client based in the Northampton Area. This is a great opportunity for a Performance Marketing Manager to work for a fantastic main dealer group in a busy and established environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver the paid acquisition strategy.
2. Collaborate within the marketing team and relevant stakeholders to manage, analyse, and optimise campaigns.
3. Oversee and optimise various digital marketing channels, including:
1. Paid Search (PPC): Managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
2. Display Advertising: Utilising display networks.
3. Social Media Advertising: Running paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
4. Affiliate Marketing: Partnering with affiliates.
5. Programmatic Advertising: Using automated systems.
6. Content Discovery Platforms: Promoting content through platforms like Taboola and Outbrain.
4. Track and report on campaigns, providing accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting.
5. Manage external agency relationships.

1. Collaborate with the marketing and agency teams to deliver creative messages.
2. Utilise content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
Measurement and Reporting:
1. Set up campaign tracking and monitor performance.
2. Report campaign performance to the marketing team.
Change Management:
1. Research and advise on new marketing initiatives.
2. Support change throughout the business.
People Management:
1. Line management of one direct report.
2. Coaching and development of the direct report.
Data Management & Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with FCA and Consumer Duty legislation.
2. Manage customer data securely.
Skills:
Essential:
1. Experience managing large paid social campaigns.
2. Experience managing large paid search campaigns.
3. Experience managing significant marketing budgets.
4. Analytical skills and ability to manipulate data.
5. Proven experience in prioritising high-volume workloads.
Desirable:
1. Experience with Content Management Systems.
2. Understanding of affiliate marketing.
