Customer Service Coordinator
Salary circa £27,000 per annum
Location: Leeds
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week - Hybrid (4 days in the office & 1 day from home)
Contract Type: Permanent
Role Overview:
Our prestigious Global manufacturing client based in Leeds, is looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing and managing customer orders from placement through to delivery.
2. Accurately process customer orders, with relevant quantities, prices, and charges.
3. Manage orders to meet customer requirements, ensuring orders are dispatched on time and in full.
4. Proactively manage customer expectations via telephone/email, assisting with their queries through to resolution.
5. Ensure customer queries, concerns, and complaints are answered and logged appropriately in the relevant databases.
6. Ensure that all procedures are met, relevant correspondence and documentation are filed appropriately, and databases are maintained.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working within a busy customer service environment is essential.
2. Order processing experience.
3. Account management experience.
4. Experience of using SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
5. Excellent attention to detail.
