We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Analyst to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
1. Execute and deliver the overall strategy for optimizing the use of Microsoft Dynamics within the organization.
2. Work in conjunction with the CT business leads to align strategic direction.
3. Configure and manage queues to streamline workflow and ensure efficient task management.
4. Establish and maintain email addresses within the Dynamics system to facilitate seamless communication.
5. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for Corporate Trust users to ensure smooth operation of the system.
6. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on Microsoft Dynamics functionalities and best practices.
7. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Dynamics system through regular audits and maintenance.
8. Engage with the wider product team to understand future features and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and strategic goals.
9. Elicit, challenge, and prioritize business requirements.
10. Build detailed reports to provide insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to change client behaviour.
11. Translate into functional design and use case documents.
12. Develop project scope, objectives, constraints, and assumptions.
13. Serve as point of contact or subject matter expert for the business on specific systems.
14. Provide technical consultation concerning business implications of application development projects.
15. Support testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems and provide guidance to junior team members on case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution.
16. Use broad knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY corporate policies involving risk and control to support the development of improved business processes through technology.
17. Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
2. Ability to work effectively with IT, other departments, and the wider product team to align system capabilities with business goals and understand future features and roadmaps.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and convey technical information clearly.
4. Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
5. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
6. Technical experience preferred.
