Main duties of the job
As a Night Support Worker, you'll join a dedicated team in providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with eating disorders. Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with meal planning, meal preparation, and meal times, closely monitoring their physical health, and updating patient records. You'll also assist with personal hygiene tasks as needed. This is a rewarding role that requires a positive attitude, compassion, and a commitment to helping residents on their recovery journey.
Job responsibilities
* Be part of making lives better as a Support Worker at Stockwood House, Talbot House and Ellenbrook House in Luton.
* Use your knowledge, experience, and caring nature to make a positive difference to the lives of people with eating disorders.
* Support residents with meal planning, meal preparation, and at mealtimes.
* Monitor residents' physical health and escalate concerns accordingly.
* Update patient records and provide overall care and support, including assisting with personal hygiene.
* Bring a positive attitude, compassion, and kindness to every shift.
Shifts times are 9:30pm-08:00am, 37.5 hours per week.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience in a healthcare or support worker role, and a genuine interest in working with individuals with eating disorders, would be highly beneficial.
