* Inbound role in a busy sales office with an element of returning customer calls.
* Taking responsibility for all inbound calls while supporting two fellow inbound apprentices
* Working in conjunction with 20 other sales team members based in the Wakefield/Rotherham sales office.
* Providing site equipment for some of the largest construction projects in the UK.
* Resolving customer queries.
* Using extensive product knowledge to keep customers informed of our products/services.
