We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients growing team at their Sidcup office. Ideally, someone who has experience within market appraisals or who is willing to learn, offering a competitive salary and excellent earning potential.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in managing sales transactions, guiding clients through the process, and achieving targets. The position comes with a highly competitive commission structure, allowing you to earn up to £60K OTE. A car allowance is negotiable for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property viewings and sales negotiations
* Provide expert advice and excellent customer service
* Manage and develop client relationships
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive marketing
* Market Appraisals
* Work closely with the team to achieve office targets and contribute to overall company success
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
* Saturday: 8:30am - 3:00pm (Alternate Saturdays)
* 5-Day Week with a Day Off in Lieu for Saturday worked
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a sales negotiator role
* Must drive and have access to a car
* Proven track record in property sales or lettings
* Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
