As we further develop our estate, we are now looking for an accomplished Head of Compliance and Maintenance to join our dynamic team and help ensure the safety, functionality and continuous improvements of our facilities.
As the Head of Compliance and Maintenance, you will play a critical role responsible for the strategic planning and development of all the maintenance requirements in our facilities. You will lead a dedicated professional and technical team to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards, oversee essential maintenance and refurbishment projects, and drive initiatives that enhance sustainability and resilience of our estate.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in a construction or maintenance role, across a similar diverse multi-site estate portfolio, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams, projects and budgets effectively. You will hold a relevant professional qualification to chartered level in Engineering, Surveying or a related field, or working towards. The role would suit an individual with strong people management skills who is adept in motivating and empowering teams. Strong interpersonal skills are required as you’ll need to establish effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and be able to foster a collaborative and solution-based environment across a large complex organisation.
