About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will contribute to the effective and efficient running of the agency, identifying and pursuing opportunities to contribute to the achievement of targets including sales and lead generation for general insurance and financial services together with meeting customer service standards. You will review and process amendments to policies arising from changes to cover and circumstances, seeking opportunities for cross-selling, meeting customer service standards, and ensuring cover is appropriate. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering and contributing to the effective and efficient running of the agency including managing and directing correspondence, processing renewals, and processing policy amendments.
2. Maintaining customer relationships, to enhance and protect NFU Mutual’s reputation and brand.
3. Selling, within licensed authority, motor and home products, ensuring compliance with sales quality and advice standards.
4. Checking, processing, and managing accounting transactions, including premium collection and policy cancellation.
5. Maintaining your own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently good experience to customers to meet the requirements and standards of NFU Mutual and the agency.

About You:
• Candidates must demonstrate drive, energy, and enthusiasm to promote a positive learning environment and sales culture.
• 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
• Existing Sales and Service Experience in an office environment is desirable, but not essential.
