We are seeking committed and enthusiastic practitioners within the Plastic, Pain, ENT and Maxillofacial theatre team. You will be motivated, a great team player and be confident in your abilities to manage and lead a cohesive team. Personal development is encouraged and supported with training opportunities, Mandatory training and Appraisals.
The ideal candidates will work as competent members of the theatre team, supporting the philosophy of multi-skilling and integration of theatre personnel. They will be accountable practitioners, taking every opportunity to sustain and improve knowledge and professional competence in all aspects of peri-operative care.
They will support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence.
