The solution helps marketing professionals make key, intelligent, data driven decisions to optimise their performance marketing efforts across a range of channels.
As the Customer Success Manager you will be an advocate for your clients and point of strategic contact for a book of clients generating around £400k per annum in revenue. Your role is to provide ultimate client satisfaction, help them see value from the range of modules within the platform and drive retention.
Upsell is a valuable benefit and so if you have that commercial awareness and a customer centric approach to account growth, this role is perfect.
A firm finger on the pulse and an unbeatable level of service delivered at every touch point is vital.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a customer success role, ideally with a marketing aligned SaaS solution.
* A well versed approach to high touch, customer management. You will regularly engage with your clients and provide value with every interaction.
* A drive and desire to achieve, exceed and grow.
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
* The desire to learn and improve. No ego's here.
* Prior experience of using Planhat is beneficial.
