37 hours per week - 8am - 4.30pm Mon-Thurs (30 min lunch) / 8am - 1pm Friday

Our client, a reputable company based in Rugby, is looking for a customer service professional to join their small, busy team.
The key responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator:
1. Focusing on customer needs and satisfaction by providing quotes, order processing, confirmations, packing requirements, pricing, and forecasting while delivering a high standard of customer service. Most customer service is done via email.
2. Managing customer enquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively and escalating as required, being the first line of response.
3. Monitoring customers' orders in line with delivery requirements effectively to meet department and organisational goals.
4. Liaising with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Finance) and project stakeholders to achieve the best outcome.
5. Analysing data to anticipate and avoid potential problems and suggest improvements.
6. Conducting regular analysis of product lifecycle, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
7. Producing weekly analysis reports (e.g., forecasting, customer & market trends) to internal and external stakeholders.
The key requirements for a Customer Service Administrator:
1. Proven customer support experience.
2. Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Previous experience working with CRM systems and Excel.
5. Experience using SAP is desirable.
