About the Role: As a Triage Clinician, you will play a crucial role in the urgent care pathway. You ll assess both adult and paediatric patients, providing advice, signposting, and repatriation where appropriate. Your expertise will help determine whether patients need immediate medical attention, and you ll prioritize cases based on clinical need to ensure timely and effective care. You will work alongside a dynamic Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), ensuring smooth communication and the safe management of patients throughout each shift. This collaborative role offers you the chance to make a significant difference in patient care while developing your skills in a growing service. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients of all ages, making critical decisions on their need for immediate medical attention. Prioritize patients effectively based on clinical need, ensuring timely reviews. Work as part of the MDT, contributing to effective communication and patient safety. Participate in ongoing in-house training and attend any necessary courses to enhance your skills.
