Job Title: Order Processing Administrator

Contract: Full time, permanent
George Killoughery Ltd are a Construction Services company who providing a variety of Aggregates, Logistics, Waste Management and Infrastructure Services. We have a reputation for quality of service in the market and work closely with a variety of clients including most major UK Construction Contractors.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Order Processing Administrator within our successful team in Mitcham.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders daily over phone and email
- Communicating orders to transport/weighbridge departments.
- Working with our sales account managers to modify orders.
- Responding to customer enquiries over the phone and via email
- Various system reports
- Raising credit note for authorisation
- Invoicing
- Purchase order processing
Skills and attributes:
- Strong IT skills
- Strong command of the English language both written/verbal
- Previous Sales Support Administration / Order - Processing Administration experience desirable
- Experience using Weighsoft proof of delivery system would be advantageous
