Based at our Dalbeattie mill, we are looking for a Driver to join our team in the Stock Yard / Despatch area. Undertaking a variety of duties, you will contribute towards order efficiency and ensure we fulfil customer orders accurately and to deadlines.
Responsibilities:
1. The movement of and loading of finished goods product.
2. Driving articulated Volvo loaders, with forks.
3. Scanning timber packs to determine stock positions.
About you:
1. We are looking for a motivated individual who is keen to upgrade their skills and capable of handling large mobile units in a practical production environment. In addition, you’ll have:
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Appreciation of quality and Health & Safety.
5. A self-motivated and can-do attitude.
Experience using mobile plant vehicles would be advantageous. The successful candidate must possess a full driving licence.
