Working hours 8.30-5.30pm with 4pm finish on Friday. Please note a car driver is essential for this position. Role Duties Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees. Ensuring Right to Work checks are completed and accurately recorded in the HR system. Providing support for internal and external HR enquiries. Maintaining electronic employee records (e.g., sickness, family leave). Administering the company’s employee benefits scheme. Coordinating HR-related training programs and workshops. Supporting new hire induction logistics, including mandatory e-learning modules. Producing and submitting reports on HR activities/trends and statistics. Supporting with HR employee / industrial related processes such as disciplinary, and grievance investigations and meetings. Staying up to date with the latest HR best practices. General and ad hoc HR administrative duties. Skills needed Proven HR experience Qualified to CIPD level 3 or studying Good knowledge of GDPR and RTW Is this a great opportunity for you?
