Provide administrative support to the System Operations team and the System Control Centre (SCC). Co-ordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings and all associated documentation including agenda setting, minute taking and noting risks and actions on behalf of the meeting chair. Carry out administrative tasks related to the co-ordination of the SCC inbox, ensuring timely cascade and response to information requests from internal and external colleagues including other ICBs and NHS England. Collate risk management information received from senior System Operations colleagues to ensure risk and actions registers are effectively maintained and provide administrative support to meetings to ensure this is regularly updated and reviewed. Support the local implementation of the vision, strategic aims and approach for Sussex Health and Care System operational resilience, under the management of senior system relationship managers. Manage the administrative processes and inboxes to ensure effective System Operations and resilience. Support the system relationship managers in the delivery of their projects and key deliverables. Provide minutes, action plans and administrative coordination as required to facilitates System Operations processes for assurance and service development. Support and schedule system (cross-organisational) meetings. Support the collation and implementation of local systems operational resilience and surge plans. Monitor daily reporting systems relating to resilience and surge, highlighting risks to senior System Operations colleagues.
