Job IntroductionWe currently have an opportunity for a Security Supervisor to join our team in Sudbury

As a security Lead you will assist with all security activities with responsibility for the day to day activities of your team you will also ensure buildings, valuables and people are safe and secure by patrolling, securing and monitoring premises.
You will assist with managing the performance of the security team and its individual members, subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.

What you’ll do:
1. Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols
2. Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions
3. Conduct regular patrols, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence
4. Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
5. Enforce company policies and procedures
6. Complete details reports on incidents and observations
What you bring:
7. You must have an in date SIA Licence
8. Proven experience as a security officer or relevant positions
9. Strong observational and communication skills
10. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
