What we're looking for in our Second Chef ...
* Experienced in the fast-paced world of high-volume restaurants.
* In-depth knowledge of ingredients, food processes, and culinary techniques.
* Familiarity with a variety of kitchen appliances, ensuring optimal utilisation and efficiency.
* Understanding of hospitality management.
* Awareness of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Understand the nitty-gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
* Excel in communication and leadership skills.
* Awesome at organising and multitasking.
* Plus, you're ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that's work, education, or personal experiences, and you're okay with a criminal record check.
