IT Support Analyst / IT Admin Doncaster Hybrid £24,500 per annum Elevation Recruitment Business Support division are exclusively partnering with a leading Charity based in Doncaster, to recruit an IT Support Analyst/IT Administrator. The IT Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical and customer service skills to contribute to the smooth running of IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers, responding to IT support requests, providing timescales and escalating more complex issues as necessary. Log support requests and document resolution steps accurately on the support ticket system. Provide day-to-day support via phone, email, remote access, or in person for hardware, software, and communications equipment. Manage user accounts on IT systems and associated hardware using Active Directory (Windows and Azure), including account creation, modifications, and closures. Oversee the mobile phone platform and fixed line/broadband connections. Advise on and assist with the procurement of new IT equipment, ensuring all purchases are in line with company standards. Raise Purchase Orders as and when required. Contribute to internal documentation, maintaining guides for IT systems, software, and devices. Assist with system administration tasks such as Active Directory management, Intune device enrolment, and Microsoft 365 administration. Provide training to employees as required, ensuring supporting documentation is up to date. Requirements: Experience with relevant IT systems and technologies. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to a wide range of users. Proficiency in Microsoft systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Windows Servers). Hardware knowledge (e.g. PCs, printers, peripherals, routers, switches, and firewalls). The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships.
