About the Role
Star Bright Day Nurseries are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to complete their Level 3 in Business Administration during a 15-18 month Apprenticeship.
This is an exciting opportunity to complete your apprenticeship within a rapidly expanding organisation. Working within the Admin department, you will help the team with various administrative duties to support the smooth running of the team.
Whilst working in this role you will be working towards your Business Admin Level 3 which will be delivered onsite.
About the Nursery
Star Bright Day Nursery is a 55-place day nursery, offering Early Education and Care for children from 3 months – 4 years old.
What does the role involve?
* Support the manager with photocopying; filing; distributing and sending post; refreshments; lifting and carrying equipment; trips to the post office and shops.
* Use of telephone and computer
* To prepare and print documents as requested
* Pass on relevant information to the relevant person at Head Office
* Attend staff meetings
* Assist with distributing stock to nurseries
* Have a good level of communication skills and deal with enquiries on the telephone whilst covering the main reception
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Processing incoming and outgoing post
* Running reports
* Following a planner
* Laminating
* Taking pictures of the children
* Instagram posting

You will need to take this role seriously, as we are looking for someone that is eager to gain more responsibility throughout this apprenticeship and to progress through the business.
Many of our current Head Office staff started with us as Business Admin apprentices! You must have a good level of communication skills and be confident at communicating with various levels of management within the business.
