We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Teacher to join our dynamic Alternative Learning Team in the Stoke-on-Trent region.
About Us
We provide short-term, personalised learning programmes designed to re-engage young people aged 5-19 who find it challenging to thrive in a traditional school environment. Our approach combines direct home tutoring with online learning, ensuring every pupil receives tailored support.
You'll be part of a supportive network, working closely with our Director of Curriculum, Headteachers, SENCOs, Operational Directors, and Managing Director of Education Services, as well as our extensive therapeutic team.

Minimum Requirements:
- QTS or QTLS qualification.
- Proven teaching and learning experience.
- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection knowledge and experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Have the energy, passion, and creativity to deliver engaging lessons.
- Possess excellent planning and organisational skills with a proactive approach.
- Ideally have experience working with students with SEN/SEMH in one-to-one or small group settings.
Responsibilities:
- Support the educational and social development of students.
- Work with children who have SEN or have struggled in traditional school environments.
- Deliver one-to-one or small group lessons in various community-based or home settings.
- Provide personalised support based on individual learning needs.

- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to student locations.
