Head of Key Accounts/Customer Success
High Wycombe (3 days per week office-based)
70K to 80K basic + bonus (20K - 40K)
An incredibly exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing facilities solutions company as Head of Customer Success/Key Accounts in High Wycombe.
The role entails managing a team of 20 account managers and account executives and instilling customer success within a KAM team, while developing and implementing processes to optimise efficiency. They are looking for someone with a highly commercial mindset, strong people management experience and a hands-on approach to driving success with top-tier clients personally. Their client base includes landlords and managing agents within sectors such as retail, hospitality and leisure, healthcare, residential, and education.
