They are looking for a Legal Secretary to support the family department within their office in Berkshire.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal firm, as a secretary, and be comfortable handling sensitive information.
What will the role involve? Collating correspondence and other documents from digital dictation, amending and formatting documents quickly and accurately Use of case, practice and document management systems Day-to-day typing of letters Handle and manage telephone calls, visitors and enquiries Creating and amending legal documents Maintaining diary system, arranging and booking meetings and appointments Handling expense claims for fee earners Maintain and organise digital filing systems and other information/reference systems Monthly billing Working as part of a team to ensure that effective secretarial cover is maintained Other support services including taking minutes of meetings Photocopying, scanning, faxing and collating documents including the preparation of compliant court bundles What’s in it for you?
