Your role includes preparing payment applications, assessing variations, overseeing budgets, and managing cost reporting. You will handle subcontractor procurement, negotiate final accounts, and support tenders while maintaining strong client relationships. Producing detailed commercial reports to highlight performance, risks, and opportunities will be essential. EXPERIENCE: Quantity Surveyor/Demolition/Enabling Works/Earthworks You will be skilled Quantity Surveyor, you will have strong commercial awareness and the ability to clearly communicate financial and contractual matters. A solid understanding of JCT contracts, procurement, and subcontractor order placement is essential. Experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within Construction & Demolition, Enabling Works and Earthworks is highly desirable. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant qualification such as MRICS or MCIOB is required. A full UK driving licence is essential, as site visits and client meetings form a key part of the role.
