WSG have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Industrial Services division of the business offering emission prevention and control benefits through a range of integrated and managed solutions. This is a full-time, permanent role to be based from Middlesbrough, covering the North East and other locations, including Immingham and surrounding regions.
The purpose of this position is to expand our footprint into new territories and redefine industry standards to deliver enhanced value and unparalleled service efficiency to our valued customers. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Industrial Services, the Business Development Manager role requires the successful candidate to be able to:
1. Achieve Sales and growth by implementing business development strategies to attain an increased turnover and client contract growth.
2. Manage Customer Relationships with stakeholders new and existing.
3. Contribute to the delivery of new business growth, working closely with operational management to ensure key accounts are managed, developed, and successful.
4. Identify tendering opportunities, conduct tenders, and secure long-term contracts.
5. Forecast sales opportunities across multiple sectors.
6. Source and attend networking events to assist in growth.
7. Conduct competitor analysis.
