The Data and Reporting Planner is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. This role involves working closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver high-quality reporting solutions. Where you fit in: As our Data and Reporting Planner you will Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks. Provide training and support to end-users on how to use dashboards and reports effectively. Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Communicate system capabilities and limitations, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. What skills & qualifications you will need: IAM certificate (can be completed in role) Power Bi & R script experience Geo spatial reporting experience Stakeholder engagement to understand business requirements. Elicitation of data needs to ensure it meets the business requirement. Creation of dashboards to ensure they are functional, appealing and easy to find and use Updating dashboards on an agreed frequency with stakeholders Supporting the replacement of EDA for its reporting ability. Reviewing data source connectivity within the asset management systems arena Creating bespoke EDA system optimisation requirements to meet user needs Ensuring data connectivity across the EDA suite of applications is fit for purpose and consistent.
