About the role About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and delivering projects from start to finish while providing exceptional customer service. You will coordinate resources, analyse project status, and establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders. Your ultimate goal is to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget, and meet the clients’ expectations. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Identify the project’s objectives and resources required to achieve the client’s vision. Oversee all aspects of the project and ensure that it meets the required standards and quality benchmarks. Set clear expectations with clients on project timelines. Manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure that all tasks and steps are completed on time and within budget. Monitor the project’s progress, identify potential risks or issues that could impact the project, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Provide regular updates and reports on the project’s status and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the project’s objectives. Build and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including clients, team members, and contractors. Lead the project team and manage the work of individual contributors. This includes setting expectations, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts. Work with the Installation Manager to ensure a smooth project success. Build strong relationships with the clients and stakeholders to minimize issues and ensure a clear understanding of project results and payment schedules. Work collaboratively with the Sales Managers to ensure project feedback between departments are actioned. Work within the Surgeries Operations team to create a cohesive Key Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry. Experience in managing, directing, and implementing projects from conception to completion. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and lead a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software tools. Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong financial acumen to manage project budgets effectively.
