The role involves raising purchase orders, processing invoices for payment and bank reconciliations. Duties include: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner. Support the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Provide administrative support to the finance department as required. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters. Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems. Interviews will be held next week.
