Location: UK. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, the Workshop Assistant is responsible for preparing and assembling heat exchanger products. Follow assembly instructions and drawings. Listen to directions from supervisors. Manual handling of raw materials. Position parts and subassemblies. Interpret measurements. Troubleshoot malfunctions as needed. Ensure working environment is clean and safe. Report errors to supervisor. Work with other assemblers to create a final product. Some other duties such as machining and cleaning may be required. High school education, GCSE, A Level or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be well regarded.
