Payroll Analyst - Leading telecommunications company in central London My client is seeking a new Payroller to join the Payroll Manager in supporting with a workforce of 1500 employees employed on both temporary and permanent bases. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2 or more years' experience in payroll to progress their career and enhance their skills within a positive working environment. What will be required of you: Handling large datasets and collating information onto spreadsheets Providing the Business Partners with reports on a weekly basis Gathering, validating and checking pension submissions Acting in accordance with HMRC regulations Processing weekly reconciliations and ticket queries Dealing with employee queries such as questions regarding tax, SSP, maternity leave, holiday Processing temporary contract workers onto the payroll system and ensuring all employees both interim and permanent are paid on time and correctly What the ideal candidate looks like: Must have reporting experience Must have strong Excel skills Must be experienced in vendor management Must be a self-starter and motivated individual Private sector experience is desired Must be able to travel to London twice a week What's in it for you?
