The Role
As an experienced Account Manager, you will be the key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of integrated campaigns. You’ll be responsible for managing long-standing relationships with global sporting federations and brands, helping to bring their visions to life through dynamic, strategic, and high-quality creative solutions.
Your role will require a deep understanding of brand identity, campaign execution, and event rollout, while also ensuring financial efficiency, strong project management, and effective collaboration with illustrators, graphic designers, creative artworkers, and motion teams.
Key Experience
* Client Relationship Management – Be a trusted partner for global sporting clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their brand vision is realised.
* Project & Account Leadership – Oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.
* Strategic Campaign Execution – Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement creative solutions that resonate on a global scale.
* Event Rollout Support (Desirable) – Assist in the branding and activation of major sporting events, ensuring seamless on-site execution.
* Motion Collaboration (Desirable) – Partner with motion designers to deliver high-quality animated and digital content.
* Financial Management – Manage budgets, track project profitability, and provide transparent financial reporting.
* Creative & Design Oversight – Provide strategic input and constructive critique to ensure creative work meets brand and campaign objectives.
About You
To Be Considered for This Role, You Will Have:
3 - 4+ years of creative agency experience, with a focus on integrated campaigns for global brands, or Sporting organisation or Federation internal experience.
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
Proficiency in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
A solid understanding of brand identity and marketing principles within the global sports industry.
Confidence in financial reporting and budget management.
Experience working with illustrators, graphic designers, creative artworkers, and motion teams.
A passion for sports marketing and delivering creative campaigns with real impact.
