Property Risk is a vital part of the Risk Community, working closely with Chartered Surveyors and Solicitors, dealing with property and legal queries.
We are looking for an individual with conveyancing or property valuation experience to ensure that cases are within our risk appetite. You’ll need to be able to support and coach colleagues as well as uphold exemplary customer service standards.

What you’ll be doing
You will use your communication and analytical skills to liaise with our in-house Chartered Surveyors, and our valuation suppliers to deal with various legal and property related matters that could impact the value or suitability of a security, ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for our customers, and for the society.
This is a senior role where you will be required to shadow the team, complete quality checks on work and provide feedback and training where necessary. You will also be required to step up in the manager's absence, supporting the team and may be required to attend meetings with internal teams and with external suppliers.
A proactive attitude is desired for this role, as you will be expected to use your initiative to produce solutions to problems as well as working as part of a team to resolve complex matters. The team works closely together, both in the office and over Teams, sharing knowledge, skills, and resources.
You will receive comprehensive training and learn a great deal about property, the systems, and the processes we use to protect our customers and the society.

* A background in customer service orientated roles.
* Strong analytical skills that can help shape and drive change and efficiencies within Risk.
* Confidently articulate information through clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders at varying levels.
* Experience with working autonomously and able to solve problems as they arise.
* Innovative, keeping abreast of Property Risk market changes.
