There is a strong teamwork ethos with multi-professional visits being carried out to maximize clinical efficiency ensuring patients get the right treatment at the right time at home.
The service is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the patients in our community, and the team is encouraged and supported to be innovative and creative with their service delivery to achieve the best outcome for their patients.
