Position: Year 4 Teacher in York

2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
4. Collaborate with colleagues and engage in professional development activities.
5. Maintain accurate records of student performance and classroom activities.
6. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and discipline.
7. Organise and participate in extracurricular activities to support student growth and development.

Requirements:
13. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
14. Qualified teaching status is mandatory
15. Valid teaching certification for primary education.
16. Proven experience as a primary school teacher.
17. Strong understanding of child development and educational pedagogy.
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
19. Ability to create a stimulating learning environment and effectively manage a classroom.
20. Commitment to continuous professional development.
21. Possess an Enhanced DBS check or be prepared to obtain one through Randstad.
22. Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
