Key Responsibilities: Conduct specialist CBT assessments for individuals with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and OSFED. Deliver evidence-based CBT interventions, including CBT-E (Enhanced CBT for Eating Disorders). Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, dietitians, and social workers. Develop individualised treatment plans tailored to the needs of service users. Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Provide psychoeducation and support to service users, families, and carers. Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to confidentiality and safeguarding protocols. Contribute to service development, training, and supervision of junior staff or trainees. Liaise with external agencies, including GPs, community mental health teams, and inpatient services. Essential Requirements: Accredited with BABCP (or working towards accreditation). Postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or equivalent. Experience working with individuals with eating disorders in a clinical setting. Strong understanding of CBT-E and NICE guidelines for eating disorders. Excellent risk assessment and safeguarding knowledge. Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
