Astley Clarke is a renowned luxury jewellery brand that seeks a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Manager to spearhead its growth across wholesale and concession channels in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing wholesale partners to ensure a seamless and high-quality partner experience.
* Identify and acquire new wholesale opportunities in various markets, driving growth and brand visibility.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth wholesale experience, including marketing, promotions, timely order deliveries, and staff training.
* Analyse sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
* Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the wholesale channel.
Concessions (Selfridges, etc):
* Oversee visual merchandising updates and product assortment changes with relevant team members or agencies to maintain brand standards and a cohesive in-store experience.
* Act as a liaison between Head Office and Store staff, ensuring store teams are informed of company initiatives, product launches, and policy changes.
* Review sales reports and performance metrics to ensure stores meet sales targets, working closely with team members to drive results.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, similar to the rest of the team.
Requirements:
* Proven wholesale experience: 5+ years of experience in wholesale management, preferably within the luxury jewellery, fashion, or accessories sectors.
* Relationship management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners.
* Market expansion: Track record of identifying and acquiring new wholesale accounts in various markets, driving growth and brand visibility.
* Sales & target achievement: Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growth objectives.
* Visual merchandising: Experience overseeing visual merchandising in premium concession spaces, with an eye for maintaining brand standards and a cohesive in-store experience.
* Analytical skills: Proficient in analysing sales data, generating forecasts, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Communication & coordination: Excellent communication skills, with experience acting as a liaison between headquarters and retail teams.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel for partner visits, store checks, and key industry events as needed.
