We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive HR Administrator to join our Armagh Office. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR operations, with a specific emphasis on HR data and analysis, as well as the management and optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This is a temporary 3month position. Responsibilities HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records. Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and initiatives. Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance reviews Assist with record keeping of employee absence Assist with payroll preparations HR Data and Analysis: Collect, maintain, and analyse HR data to generate insights and support decision-making. Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports HRIS Management: Manage and optimize the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues. Work closely with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Train and support employees in the use of the HRIS. Any other duties as required.
