* Hourly Rate: £19.35 per hour (£35,411 - £38,296 per annum)

* Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm

Duties:
* HR Support: Provide expert advice and support in HR strategy, policies, workforce planning, recruitment, attendance management, performance management, and employment law.
* Project Management: Undertake HR projects aligned with the Human Resources Work Plan as directed by HR Managers or the Director of Organisation Development.
* Proactive Service: Regularly meet with departmental managers to provide timely HR intelligence and address individual issues.
* Team Leadership: Lead team-based projects, such as Voluntary Severance, for specific service areas.
* Coaching and Development: Support and coach managers and supervisors within service areas and the HR team.
* Data Analysis: Collaborate with the HR Systems and Data Officer to analyze HR metrics for informed decision-making.
Criteria:
* Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, business or other relevant subject
* (Consideration may be given to applicants who do not hold a third level qualification but who can demonstrate using specific examples a minimum of 4 years’ experience as below)
* Membership of the CIPD at Associate, Chartered or Fellow level.
* (Consideration may be given to candidates who are currently actively working towards achievement of graduate membership of CIPD.)
Two years relevant experience in a Human Resources function to include at least three of the following;

* Full current driving licence or if disability prevents driving, access to a suitable form of transport to enable the duties of the post to be carried out in full.
